Start blogging on here, more frequently. Probably wont happen, but I will try. :).
Where to start, where to start.
I'm thinking that I might blog today, about my favourite musicians. Because people always bag me out about the sorts of music I listen to. But, it's what I like, so I'm gonna listen to them, okay! Some of my favourite musicians are along the lines of McFLY, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Jonas Brothers, Delta Goodrem, Kate Miller Heidke, Lady GaGa, Barratt Waugh, and The Worthingtons. I have different reasons for all of them. They've all done something that means something to me.
McFLY: McFLY are my number one band. They play such a variety of music, and over the years, we have seen them grow so much, not just in their music, but as people. They are beautiful, and so genuine. Their lyrics are brilliant. Their music is catchy. I smile whenever I hear them mentioned.
Miley Cyrus: Miley is just the most amazing person. I don't know why I adore her so much, but she just makes me feel happy inside. Her lyrics. Her voice. Her music in general. Her acting. Her personality. Her looks. Just everything. She has gone through so much, as you would know if you've read Miles to Go, and through it all, she has managed to keep smiling, and keep her head held high.
Demi Lovato: I had never even heard of Demi, until mum brought me Camp Rock for christmas a couple of years ago. I watched it, and at first I found her mouth to be quite annoying, but as it went on, I fell in love with her. She is just the most beautiful person, and I love her voice, even if it isn't the strongest in the world. I can't help but sing along, no matter what.
Selena Gomez: I didn't know about Selena until I started lurking around youtube and found the demi and selena channel. She is an adorable girl, and has the best style, I have ever seen. I love her voice, she can do so much with it. When I watched Princess Protection Program, I realized how great of an actress she actually is; she isn't just a great singer.
Jonas Brothers: When I first heard about them, I just assumed that they would suck, because that's all I had heard people say about them. But then I gave them a listen, and decided that they have such unique voices to what's around today, but those 3 boys, sound so similar to each other! They all have the cutest fashion sense, and are all adorable. I would marry any of the 3 any day, and by what I've seen, they are just so normal, considering their fame.
Delta Goodrem: She has gone through so much in her life. She is such a beautiful person, and her voice astounds me. She can get away with every single thing.
Kate Miller Heidke: Adam made me listen to Can't Shake It on youtube one day, and I could NOT stop singing it for days. I eventually got around to lurking more songs, and I adore how she has such a different voice; she's trained in opera and uses that to her advantage. She sings the most ridiculous things, and has the quirkiest fashion, and I loooove her.
Lady Gaga: At first, I didn't like her because everyone else did and I wanted to be different, but then I actually listened to her, and found out about her beliefs, and she is the most amazing woman that is around, these days. She doesn't care less what people think of her, and she just wants everyone to embrace their true self, and not be afraid to show it. She knows who she is, knows what she believes in, and uses her talent to help everyone else in the world. She is just, amazing.
Barratt Waugh: He just has the greatest voice I have ever heard come from any male, full stop. And he is the loveliest man.
The Worthingtons: Not just because my brother's the singer + one of the guitarists, and my cousin's the bassist, but they are actually really really good! :D. Catchiest songs, and oh they're grand.
So yeah, that's an insight as to why I love them ones. I could go on about each one for so much longer, but I'm not going to. Most boring blog entry ever, but Kayla's making me write something and that was the first thing that came in to my mind. So there ya go, kayla. ;p.

1. I hate your misuse of commas.
ReplyDelete2. Even though I don't like Demi or her voice, it IS powerful.
3. You shouldn't not like something because it's popular. It's the same as not liking something because it's not.
@kayla
